RETURNS

Unopened/unused products can be returned for a full refund. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. Return cost is to be paid by the customer unless the reason for return is under warranty. Any refused/unclaimed orders will be charged $50.

DEALING MACHINE WARRANTIES
Our terms are extremely customer friendly because:

i. No scheduled maintenance. Our dealing machines do not require that you send them to us for service.
ii. You have the option to send them for complimentary maintenance service, if you would so wish.
iii. Long warranty period except for the HandyDup, se below.
iv. Money back guarantee means that you can claim your money back in the unlikely event you would not be happy with your choice.
v. 10 years parts guarantee

SCORING
The BridgeTab hardware can be covered by up to 36 months warranty (depending on brand) and you get one month trial period for free before purchase.

Notice that warranty claims have to be addressed directly to Jannersten HQ in Sweden. Also note that most problems can be sorted out by the respective help desk, i.e.
